Job Summary
The Analyst, AI Enablement & Engagement, will play a critical role in driving adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools and practices across Comcast. This position supports the enterprise-wide strategy to empower every employee with AI capabilities by developing awareness, training, support systems, and measurement frameworks. The Analyst will help ensure that AI becomes embedded in the company’s cultural norms, equipping employees to confidently and responsibly use AI in their daily work.Job Description
As a member of the AI Enablement & Engagement workstream, the Analyst will collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence, Workforce IT, HR, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, and business partners to accelerate AI adoption. The role involves analyzing adoption data, producing reporting on progress toward enterprise KPIs, and supporting scalable enablement initiatives such as onboarding, training, and certification programs. This Analyst will act as a connector between technical teams, business leaders, and end-users, ensuring consistent communication, accessible resources, and measurable impact in AI adoption.
Core Responsibilities
AI Awareness & Communications
- Support internal communications campaigns to keep employees informed on available AI tools, emerging trends, and enterprise progress
- Partner with HR and Internal Comms to deliver ongoing AI updates through portals, newsletters, and events
Enablement & Training
- Contribute to the design, delivery, and tracking of AI training, including 101 sessions, certifications, and scalable learning solutions
- Gather and analyze feedback to evolve training approaches as tools mature
- Partner with Learning & Development and the AI COE to build accessible learning pathways
Tooling & Support
- Help maintain access pathways for enterprise AI tools (e.g., Copilot Chat)
- Support employees through enablement resources, acting as a liaison to technical support teams
- Track adoption roadblocks and escalate to leadership when needed
Measurement & Reporting
- Track progress against enterprise adoption goals (e.g., % of employees trying AI tools, weekly active usage)
- Develop dashboards and reports in partnership with Enterprise Business Intelligence to measure enablement, adoption, and business impact
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholder groups
Cultural Engagement
- Support initiatives that integrate AI into daily work, such as hackathons, share sessions, and recognition programs
- Contribute to embedding AI adoption into employee development goals
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
2–4 years of experience in business analysis, employee enablement, learning & development, or program management
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data collection, measurement, and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create engaging, accessible adoption materials
Proven ability to work across functions and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms
Excitement and curiosity around AI
Preferred:
Experience in change management or organizational transformation
Knowledge of enterprise learning systems (e.g., ULearn) and collaboration platforms
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Certification in project management, change management, or analytics (e.g., PMP, Prosci)
Understanding of Comcast’s culture and operating model
