About the Team
The mission of Global Legal Services (GLS) within the Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs (LCCA) team is to enhance the Legal organization’s support for Workday by focusing on simplicity, speed, scale, and skills, thereby accelerating strategic growth and improving the customer experience. The GLS Center of Excellence (CoE) focuses on developing business strategy for LCCA, leading ground-breaking efforts in process optimization, resourcing, and risk management, and enabling operational efficiencies in technology management and data harmonization.Additionally, this role will support the Compliance & Integrity Team (CIT). CIT’s work spans Workday's core pillars of Responsible AI, integrity and ethics, and privacy and data protection. CIT anticipates integrity and compliance challenges rather than simply reacting to them, and believes that proactive risk mitigation speeds up innovation rather than slowing it down—making integrity a true differentiator for Workday.
About the Role
As a Legal Resource & Enablement Manager, you will serve as operational support for the CoE by owning the end-to-end maintenance of legal templates and enablement assets. You will also own learning coordination for CIT and serve as the team’s data steward, helping to ensure impact is measurable and learning programs are audit-ready at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Template and Resource Management: Coordinate the maintenance and updates of all legal templates. This includes monitoring and assigning the template request queue, replicating changes across templates to ensure synchronous updates, following up with template managers to ensure open requests are addressed, flagging templates for review, and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Template Enablement for Sales and LCCA: Coordinate and assist in the creation of training materials, FAQs, and playbooks that support new CoE transformation efforts or updated template publications.
Content Audits: Proactively review the outputs of legal agents, chatbots, and AI solutions to validate that the AI is providing expected and compliant responses.
Integrity & Compliance Learning Coordination: Coordinate the end-to-end delivery and operation of global learning initiatives. This includes uploading training content, building audiences and campaigns, fielding technical Learning Management System (LMS) inquiries, troubleshooting LMS issues in partnership with stakeholders, and implementing tracking processes for employee completions.
Knowledge Management: Support the lifecycle of self-service resources (guides, FAQs, and enablement hubs) that help Workmates quickly find answers. Partner with regional teams to adapt content and delivery for various time zones, languages, and local regulatory needs.
Data, Metrics & Reporting: Pull, organize, and analyze complex datasets from LMS or project management tools. Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports that translate raw metrics—such as completion rates and engagement levels—into actionable insights for leadership.
Audit & Compliance Readiness: Act as a key liaison for internal and external audit teams. Proactively organize and maintain the "source of truth" documentation required to demonstrate that Workday is meeting its regulatory and internal requirements.

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
At Workday, we are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive hiring experience where all candidates can fully demonstrate their skills. If you require assistance or an accommodation at any point, please email accommodations@workday.com.
Are you being referred to one of our roles? If so, ask your connection at Workday about our Employee Referral process!
At Workday, we value our candidates’ privacy and data security. Workday will never ask candidates to apply to jobs through websites that are not Workday Careers.
Please be aware of sites that may ask for you to input your data in connection with a job posting that appears to be from Workday but is not.
In addition, Workday will never ask candidates to pay a recruiting fee, or pay for consulting or coaching services, in order to apply for a job at Workday.
