What success looks like in this role:

Unisys is looking for a dynamic and strategic Global Sales Enablement Specialist to support and scale our go-to-market (GTM) efforts. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for sales, learning, and cross-functional collaboration to build programs that empower our global Commercial teams.

As a key member of the Sales Enablement function, you’ll design and deliver impactful training, partner closely with teams across the business, and help us drive consistency and performance throughout our global sales organization

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Enablement & Training Support: Develop and deliver engaging training programs to support sales and partner teams across EMEA.

  • Sales Coaching & Methodology: Promote best practices and sales methodologies to ensure consistency across the region. Provide coaching that sharpens seller capabilities and improves productivity.

  • Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the impact of training and enablement initiatives using clear KPIs. Gather feedback, track adoption, and refine approaches to maximize value.

  • Technology & Tools: Work with modern enablement tools (Percipio, Articulate, or similar). Bonus if you’ve used video editing or content creation platforms.

  • Collaboration Across Functions: Partner with GTM, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align programs with business objectives.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Experience

  • 4–5 years in sales enablement, training & coaching, or L&D, ideally in a tech or B2B environment
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and a passion for improving seller performance

  • Hands-on experience with enablement tools (Percipio, Articulate360, or others)

  • Confident in using or learning new technologies quickly

  • Experience supporting or working with teams in the EMEA region

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

  • Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach

  • Collaborative and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment

Nice to Haves

  • Prior experience in sales or business development

  • Executive coaching or facilitation experience

  • Any involvement in designing or evolving sales methodologies
