• Support the development and execution of the annual learning and development plan aligned to business needs
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and translating requirements into effective learning solutions
• Implement and manage learning programs to achieve desired business outcomes
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees and supervisory-level audiences
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through data and insights
• Analyze post-training reports and recommend actionable improvements
• Collaborate with the LMS team to enhance Oracle Learning Cloud utilization and learner experience
• Manage relationships with external vendors, trainers, and consultants

• Lead or support L&D and organizational development (OD) projects, including change initiatives

• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and adhere to all physical and digital security practices

The Senior Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for driving end-to-end learning initiatives, including needs analysis, program implementation, facilitation, and effectiveness measurement. The role partners with business stakeholders to deliver impactful learning solutions, leverage digital platforms such as Oracle Learning Cloud, and support organizational development and change initiatives in a multinational environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Learning Cloud (or similar LMS platforms)
• Strong experience in training facilitation, program implementation, and learning evaluation
• Familiarity with training needs analysis and learning effectiveness frameworks
• Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Exposure to organizational development or change management initiatives is a plus
