How will you make an impact?
As Program Manager, Procurement Enablement – Change Management, you will lead change management activities that support the successful adoption of new processes, systems, tools, and ways of working. Partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality, Digital, and Business teams, you will drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and organizational readiness to ensure transformation initiatives deliver lasting business value.
This role requires strong communication, influence, and program management skills, with the ability to lead through influence in a highly matrixed environment.
What will you do?
Change Management Leadership
- Lead change management activities for Procurement Enablement programs, from planning through adoption and sustainment
- Develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication approaches, and readiness assessments
- Identify adoption risks and resistance points, and implement mitigation strategies
- Establish success metrics and monitor adoption, engagement, and change effectiveness
- Continuously improve change management processes, tools, and best practices
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and deliver clear communications for stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Partner with program teams and business leaders to align messaging and organizational priorities
- Translate complex operational and technical changes into clear, user-focused communications
- Facilitate leadership updates, workshops, town halls, and stakeholder forums
Training & Organizational Readiness
- Develop and execute training strategies for new processes, systems, and operating models
- Partner with subject matter experts to create training materials, playbooks, and enablement resources
- Assess training effectiveness and organizational readiness to support successful adoption
- Develop sustainment and reinforcement plans to support long-term adoption and realization of business benefits.
- Drive continuous improvement of learning and enablement programs
Program Execution & Adoption
- Integrate change management activities into broader Procurement Enablement programs
- Monitor stakeholder feedback, adoption progress, training completion, and readiness metrics
- Support governance activities and drive accountability across impacted teams
- Capture lessons learned and apply best practices to future initiatives
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality, Digital, HR, and Business stakeholders
- Influence decisions and drive alignment without direct authority
- Build strong partnerships and facilitate resolution of competing priorities and organizational challenges
Success in this role is measured by:

- Strong stakeholder engagement and organizational alignment
- Effective training execution and improved user readiness
- Reduced resistance and accelerated adoption of change initiatives
- Clear executive visibility into change progress, risks, and outcomes
How will you get here?
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in change management, program management, organizational development, or transformation roles
- Demonstrated success driving adoption of systems, processes, or business transformation initiatives
- Experience within Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, or related business functions preferred
- Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise system implementations preferred
- Experience working in global, matrixed, and regulated environments preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication capabilities
- Proven ability to drive adoption and organizational readiness across large organizations
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and training skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable messaging and learning content
- Strong program management, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in ambiguity
- Experience with Prosci or similar change management methodologies preferred
- Continuous improvement experience (PPI, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, learning tools, and program management systems
- Willingness to travel 10–25% annually
