what’s changing

why it matters to them

and how it fits into their day to day work

This person will work closely with PPL leaders, program owners, and enterprise partners, and collaborate deeply with our design and creative team to turn complex PPL initiatives into campaigns and experiences that employees care about and adopt globally.

What You’ll Do

Make Change Make Sense

Help build, manage, and launch campaigns that speak to what employees care about - their time, their growth, and their teams.

Think Like a Product Marketer

Treat PPL programs and services like products with a value proposition, target audience, launch plan, and lifecycle.

Help shape messaging and campaigns that answers the real employee questions:

“Why should I care?” “What’s in it for me?” “How does this help me do my job?”

Create Campaigns, Not Just Communications

Partner with creative, design, digital, and video teams to bring those campaigns to life through strong visuals, storytelling, and experiences.

Ensure campaigns feel consistent, thoughtful, and intentional - not like one off blasts. We want to drive meaningful change initiatives that don’t get lost in a sea of communications with measurable outcomes.

Be a Connector and Translator

Work closely with PPL stakeholders, product owners, People Partners, and enterprise teams to align on goals, timing, and audiences.

Help leaders and program teams understand how to talk about change in a way that lands with employees.

Act as a bridge between strategy and execution - making sure great ideas don’t get lost in translation.

Learn and Improve

Pay attention to what’s working and what’s not - engagement, adoption, feedback, etc.

Use insights to refine messaging, channels, and approaches over time.

Help build playbooks and best practices so PPL gets better at change and adoption with every rollout.

What You Bring

Experience in product marketing, change management, internal marketing, or transformation work, ideally in a global setting.

A strong instinct for plain language and storytelling - you know how to cut through noise and get to what matters.

Comfort working in ambiguity and across global teams.

Experience partnering with creative and design teams to turn ideas into compelling campaigns.

A point of view on what good internal marketing looks like and what doesn’t.

A Project Management mindset – you are detailed, organized and good at keep multiple participants on track to deliver on time.

Why This Role Matters

PPL does a lot of meaningful, complex work - but impact only happens when people understand it and engage with it.

This role is critical to making sure our programs don’t just exist, but actually land.

By bringing a product marketing mindset and a human lens to change, this role helps PPL show up more clearly, more consistently, and more effectively for employees across the company.
