Learning Content Administrator for the training team supporting Custom Smile Solutions is a creative professional who specializes in developing educational content for smile designers (technicians). This role involves creating, modifying informative and engaging materials related to smile design training, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with our brand

• Write and edit training materials, blog posts, and other educational content.
• Conduct in-depth research on smile design techniques and best practices.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Revise and improve existing training materials.
• Work with content lead and trainers to create engaging learning experiences.
• Maintain consistency in branding, style, and messaging across all training content.

Skills and Expertise:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or higher, AND 2 years of experiencie as a content writer or instructional designer

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 1 year of experience in managing and optimizing LMS platforms.
• Proficiency in web-based research and content development.
• Desirable experience with Knowledge Management Systems.

Work location

• Hybrid (Job duties allow for some remote but require working on-site at the Asuncion CR location at least 1 day per week).
• Must have availability to work on-site all week if required
