Who You Are
As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Slalom, you will play a critical role in scaling our GTM. In this role, you will partner closely with market leaders across the Americas to understand workforce needs, shape talent strategies, and build high-performing delivery teams that support our clients’ most complex transformation initiatives. Your deep knowledge of the GTM talent market and ability to identify niche skill sets will be pivotal in advancing Slalom’s growth and solution depth.
You will also lead strategic recruiting initiatives, contribute to our employer brand within key technology communities, and champion an exceptional candidate experience. Your work will directly influence Slalom’s growth strategy and ensure that our talent acquisition approach aligns with our culture of innovation, inclusion, and excellence.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute innovative talent sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality leaders across multiple platforms and domains.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and practice leaders to understand team priorities, role requirements, and evolving market landscapes, providing expert consultation on recruitment strategies.
* Build and maintain strong knowledge of the competitive talent market, including emerging Industry trends.
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
* Cultivate and expand Slalom’s employer brand by engaging in technology communities, attending industry events, and nurturing long-term relationships with skilled practitioners.
* Use data-driven insights to refine recruiting approaches, improve funnel health, forecast talent needs, and enhance operational efficiency.
* Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and a personalized, relationship-focused approach.
* Collaborate with and mentor other recruiters, sharing best practices and contributing to the evolution of our TA processes and capability hiring strategies.
What You’ll Bring
* Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years focused on GTM or functional recruiting for consulting or enterprise environments.
* Proven success hiring for sales and client partner roles.
* Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide range of technical and leadership roles, from individual contributors to practice leads, and an ability to flex across domains as needed.
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment while maintaining quality and a consultative approach.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience leveraging recruitment technologies, CRM/ATS platforms, and social sourcing tools to enhance outcomes.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Talent Acquisition Managers is $90,000 to $120,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
