Learning Program Operations Specialist (Americas)

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be part of the Global Operations team within the Operations Programs track at the Sr. Specialist level. This role partners closely with Global People Team, capability leaders, Business leader facilitators, Chiefs of Staff, Team Operations, People Leaders and People Business Partners to deliver scalable, high-quality learning programs across the Americas.

You’ll also collaborate with facilitators and subject matter experts to operationalize learning programs and ensure consistent, high-quality experiences aligned to Slalom’s strategic priorities.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and deliver learning programsby managing intake, planning, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment to business priorities andestablishedprogram standards at scale.
  • Operationalize learning experiencesby setting up sessions, managing registration andlogistics, andmaintainingaccurateprogram data in systems like Workday to enable reliable execution for ~7,000 employees.
  • Partner with facilitators and stakeholdersto prepare sessions, align onobjectives, and ensure readiness, contributing to consistent and high-quality learner experiences.
  • Manage end-to-end program operationsby tracking enrollment, attendance, and completion, while ensuringtimelycommunications, learner support, and follow-up actions.
  • Analyze participation and feedback datatoidentifytrends, gaps, and opportunities, using insights to improve scheduling, engagement, and program effectiveness across priority areas like People Leader Foundations, AI, and Delivery Excellence.
  • Develop and improve operational processesby creating and refining standard procedures, tools, and workflows that increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency of learning delivery.
  • Support cohort-based learning journeysby coordinating multi-session experiences, tracking participant progress, and helping ensure successful completion and engagement.
  • Provide stakeholder visibility and insightsby sharing concise updates on program performance, risks, and upcoming opportunities to enable informed decision-making.
  • Ensure quality andstandardsadherencebyvalidatingcontent, delivery readiness, and overall program execution, escalatingissuesand supporting continuous improvement.
  • Leverage tools and automationto streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance the learner and facilitator experience.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Sr. Specialist, Operations Programs is $85,000 to $100,00K (SEA) $77,000 to $92,000 (All other locations). In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
