Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior Product Owner – Learning Infrastructure Ecosystem to lead the strategy, development, and continuous evolution of our global learning platforms.
This role will oversee the end-to-end ownership of our learning ecosystem (including LMS, LXP, and related technologies), ensuring it delivers a seamless user experience and acts as a strategic enabler for business performance and scalable talent development.
Reporting to the Global Head of Learning & Leadership Development, this individual will operate at the intersection of business, HR, and technology—driving innovation, adoption, and long-term value in a complex, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the global learning infrastructure ecosystem
- Ensure alignment across business needs, user experience, and technology platforms
- Evolve the ecosystem to support scalable, future-ready learning solutions
Product Management & Delivery
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user impact, and strategic priorities
- Drive end-to-end ownership of the platform lifecycle—from concept through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Translate platform capabilities into practical, business-driven solutions
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison between HR (Learning & Development), business leaders, and IT
- Build strong partnerships across functions, regions, and leadership levels
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to deliver an integrated and high-performing ecosystem
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and trends in digital learning
- Leverage learning analytics and system insights to drive data-informed decisions
- Champion a strong focus on user experience, adoption, and measurable outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership, digital platforms, or ecosystem management
- Experience working with learning technologies (e.g., LMS, LXP, or digital learning platforms)
- Proven ability to operate effectively in cross-functional, matrixed environments
- Strong understanding of how to bridge business needs with technical solutions
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing global platforms or enterprise-scale systems
- Familiarity with learning analytics, user experience design, and digital product adoption strategies
- Background in HR, Talent Development, or Learning & Development environments
- Experience working with external vendors or technology partners

The base pay range for this position is:
$169,580 - $233,178Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
