Job Description

Team

The App Engine Outbound Product Management team is responsible for all outbound GTM and commercial aspects of ServiceNow App Engine, our industry leading low-code app dev offering. Our Outbound Product Managers interact with our existing and prospective customers to guide them on product journeys, bring their voices back to our product roadmap, help drive product strategy, guide product messaging and positioning, enable sales with technical content and enablement, and help craft product packaging and pricing. We collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, solution consulting, pricing strategy and operations, customer outcomes, product success, training and certification etc.).

Role

We are seeking an outstanding Outbound Product Manager who is craving to be part of a great company in the fast-growing low-code automation market. Specifically, you will also lead the product go-to-market motions for EMEA region for ServiceNow App Engine product line, a leader in the low-code and process automation markets. You will gain insights from regional activities to develop an in-depth understanding of regional market dynamics and sales success drivers. You will scale regional success and bring best practices to HQ.

Our ideal candidate has a strong product and market background and excels in all areas of strategy development and execution including project management, business development, consensus building, and problem-solving. You should also have strong technical experience and the ability to pick up and dive into the technology and product. Enterprise software products, especially SaaS background, and experience collaborating with go-to-market (GTM) will be critical. In addition, the ability to thrive in an unstructured, collaborative culture with a strong level of comfort around sophisticated problems and ambiguous situations. An attitude of ownership with strong execution prowess in a B2B enterprise software context is critical to success.

Your responsibilities:

  • Be the regional product evangelist with our customers/partners
  • Drive growth by engaging with sales/presales and supporting strategic deals
  • Be a trusted advisor for large/ strategic customers; build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Gather customer insights and feedback and infuse the learning back into the organization and product roadmap
  • Develop a deep understanding of regional customer requirements, partner with Inbound Product Managers to define market opportunities and influence roadmap priorities
  • Support Sales and Presales throughout the sales cycle to inspire, motivate, and ultimately win customer business
  • Uncover areas within the business to drive regional performance improvements
  • Present with authority at industry conferences, panels, and customer and internal events

Qualifications

Qualifications

To succeed in this role you have:

  • 12+ years of total experience in product management, presales consulting, or management consulting at an enterprise software company or SaaS company (preferred)
  • Application development background a must. Low-code market understanding and ServiceNow technology experience preferred
  • Experience operating in an ambitious environment and driving the adoption of new and emerging products
  • Consistent track record of working cross-functionally to deliver business impact
  • Demonstrated customer obsession in engagements
  • Demonstrated consistent ability to drive both strategy and results.
  • Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
  • Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Experience driving solution development through big-picture solution development
  • Strong leadership and communication skills - written and verbal - to work with senior executives both internal and with customers. Comfortable in business and technical discussions
  • Strong networking and influencing skills; able to drive extended and virtual teams

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study; MBA a plus but not required
