Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Regional Partner Enablement Strategy, you will bring creativity and agility to the ongoing support and advancement of strategic partner talent growth plans that align with partners' go-to-market enablement strategies and executed to meet the skills growth goals and objectives of the partner organization.

In this role you will be responsible for key partner stakeholder management and the conduit to the entities and functional leaders aligned to the talent plans. Your role involves close collaboration with ServiceNow stakeholders to understand the partners’ business direction and the talent required to support it. You will help build and execute the regional partner plans, utilizing offerings and services from the PE Services Hub. You will ensure that the plan for the talent plan is successfully executed to meet and hopefully exceed the partner growth goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Regional Talent Plan Collaboration and Design:

  • Own the plan lifecycle and its successful fulfillment.
  • Proactively engage with appropriate internal stakeholders, strategic partner representatives, partner sales management and partner program teams to identify, define, prioritize, recommend, and develop successful training and enablement plans for target partners.

Value Proposition Advocacy:

  • Present and advocate for ServiceNow's value proposition and strategies, empowering partners to establish highly effective ServiceNow partnerships.

Needs Assessments:

  • Conduct needs assessments to understand and document partners' desired business outcomes related to their ServiceNow practice and align it to ServiceNow’s strategy.

Capacity and Talent Planning:

  • Develop and execute capacity and talent plans to ensure partners are well-positioned for successful build, sales, pre-sales, and delivery capacity.

Expertise Development:

  • Become an expert in the full ServiceNow Training catalog and product portfolio, providing recommendations for new or expanded offerings based on partner requirements.

Relationship Management

  • Ensure your partner is “in the know” and there is alignment between ServiceNow and partner growth strategies. Maintain alignment with the Partner Programs team to incentivize and track partner enablement strategy, training, and certification performance.
  • Your role will also involve collaboration with the global strategists to support global partners talent strategies within region.

Innovative Scaling Methods:

  • Create innovative methods to help partners scale their practice resources, focusing on making offerings repeatable across the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.
  • Identify key gaps in knowledge and processes - and work with all levels of leadership (internal and external) and the PE organization to ensure identification and deployment of appropriate training needed to address those needs.
  • Ensure you are working with the Partner Enablement Services Hub to drive regional activities (you act as primary conduit)

Metrics Design and Data Analysis:

  • Leverage the central data and reporting team to share reports and insights on partner talent. Analyze and extract valuable lessons learned to put into action.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring the following experience and skills:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Proven track record of enabling and growing an ecosystem.
  • Highly responsive to internal customer and external partner stakeholder requests.
  • High energy level and a “can do” attitude.
  • Effective time manager, capable of developing, delivering, and executing multiple projects, on time and on budget.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Diplomacy, integrity, and presence that enables you to work effectively at all levels within a large heavily matrixed organization.
  • Positive demeanor, with a sense of purpose.
  • An understanding of what motivates our partner community, our internal stakeholders, and our sales organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in training and enablement organizations within IT or software with a demonstrated track record of successfully executing advanced training and enablement programs for partners
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.
  • Experience in SaaS industry a plus.
  • Experience in Partner or Channel enablement or training.
  • Experience in reading, understanding, and utilizing reports.
  • Develops and drives consensus while implementing innovative process and strategy improvements.
  • Project management experience.
