Organizational Effectiveness & Development is looking for a Global Sales Training intern to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to supporting new and existing sales training programs and services including Onboarding, Continuous Learning, High Velocity, and other programs which best equip employees with the necessary knowledge and skills to represent SAS confidently and competently.

As an intern, you might:

  • Audit program content and curriculum, make recommendations for improvements and drive those changes.
  • Align stakeholders around standardized program processes and document those processes.
  • Draft learning modules in instructional design platforms and software for further refining.
  • Draft session descriptions and learning outcomes for Global Sales Training core content.
  • Review our internal messaging hub and execute on plans for redesign.
  • Generate ideas for and support execution of an internal marketing and branding campaign.
  • Prepare quarterly reports for sharing success metrics to the business.

Required Qualifications

  • You are an undergraduate student studying Training and Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Communications, Business; not graduating prior to December 2026.
  • Additional required skills/qualifications?
    • 1+ year(s) of experience in program management or program coordination.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to compose and present reports and research.
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Leadership abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate you’ll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty.
  • You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology

This is a year-round internship opportunity. The schedule is full-time during the summer and part-time during the school year.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An understanding of B2B Sales, sales strategies, and sales methodologies.

Pay Transparency: The hourly rate for SAS internships is determined by the applicant’s year in school and the position they are hired into. Hourly rates range from $15 – $30 for associate’s/bachelor’s level positions and $29 - $49/hour for master’s/Ph.D positions. Internship roles are not eligible for bonus.
