iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Regulatory Learning and Training Coordinator VIE within our Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) team, you’ll will assist in creating and maintaining regulatory development programs while supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.

Main responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing regulatory training programs tailored to different roles within the GRA team, and global initiatives, including:
- Participate in discussion with different functions to align on target groups/skills and start drafting a proposal for learning.
- Search for opportunities to develop the prioritized skills, based on the targeted groups and on the 3E model, internally and externally (e.g., vendors, self-paced, internal SMEs, learning institutes, etc.).
- Communicate with stakeholders, i.e., potential speakers, vendors, on proposed training sessions (e.g., content, logistics, prices, etc.).
- Prepare the logistics of planned training sessions and participates on the target day, making the introduction and ensuring an appropriate delivery.
- Prepare post sessions activities, e.g., recordings, surveys, communications.
- Help maintain and update GRA learning resources including SanofiU and the GRA Learning SharePoint.
- Keep abreast of what is happening across GRA and within Sanofi, to ensure synergies and promote awareness to the group.
- Prepare communications about upcoming learning opportunities.
- Support the Training team by managing iLearn requests from Global Regulatory Affairs and for providing iLearn training records.
- Support the Training team to onboard the Global R&D HUB employees into Continuous Improvement methodology.
About you
Experience:
- Previous experience and interest in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry and regulatory affairs would be preferred.
Soft and technical skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Learning & Development, Communications, or related field.
Languages:
- English fluency.
