担当する部門の部門長と密にコミュニケーションを行いながら、部門長の戦略実現のEnablement Business PartnerとしてEnablement施策を企画立案・実行することで成果最大化に貢献いただきます。
経験、スキルによってはトレーニングの作成とデリバリーの経験やスキルを身につけることをサポートしたうえで、Business Partner業務に取り組んでいただきます。


■主要業務内容
・担当部門のビジネス成果拡大と目標達成を支援するため、戦略的なEnablementプログラムの企画・実行
・CBU(Commercial Business Unit)部門を中心とした担当
・データ分析・プロセス分析を通じた課題特定と解決策の立案
・トレーニング・ワークショップの設計・デリバリー

■求められるスキル・経験
必須要件
・法人向け営業経験 5年以上
・営業企画部門での課題解決施策・プログラムの企画・リード経験があれば尚可
・SFA、Salesforce、Tableauなどの分析ツールを活用した営業プロセス理解とデータ分析スキル
・エグゼクティブレベルとのディスカッション・プロジェクト完遂経験
・プレゼンテーション・ファシリテーションスキル

■歓迎要件
・コンサルティング経験
・プロジェクト管理とPDCAサイクル実行スキル
・グローバルチームとの英語でのコミュニケーション能力
