05Position Overview:
As a Business Operations Efficiency Enablement Intern in the Enterprise Data Organization (EDO), you will support the team by analyzing Excel-based operational reports, extracting insights, and building clear summaries that enhance data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with the Business Operations leadership to improve visibility in performance metrics, trends, and operational bottlenecks. This internship offers hands-on experience with real-world data, reporting, and business performance analytics within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Excel reports, operational data sets, and performance dashboards to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights.
- Transform raw data into clear summaries, visualizations, and executive-ready insights.
- Perform data validation, clean-up, and consistency checks across multiple sources.
- Collaborate with team members to understand reporting requirements and metrics definitions.
- Assist in building or enhancing dashboards and operational monitoring sheets.
- Document analytical processes and maintain organized data structures for repeatability.
Required Qualifications:
Students graduating in the year 2027 specializing in Finance, business administration, Data Science/Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:
Pivot tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
SUMIFS/COUNTIFS
Basic charts and formatting
(Bonus) Power Query, macros, or advanced formulas
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
