We are seeking an Analyst with practical experience in AI engineering, workflow automation, and autonomous agent development. This role will focus on designing, building, and deploying agentic AI systems, intelligent process automation, and LLM-powered tools that streamline operations, reduce manual work, and strengthen operational resilience.

This position is ideal for someone with 3–6 years of hands-on technical experience who is excited to build prototypes, experiment with emerging AI capabilities, and convert successful ideas into production-ready tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate objectives into technical designs, and deliver impactful AI/automation solutions.

  • Develop and implement robust agent logic, prompt orchestration, and workflow automations to support complex operational and decision-making needs.

  • Optimize AI agents and automation solutions for performance, security, and maintainability across cloud environments and enterprise systems.

  • Integrate agents with various data and system sources (APIs, enterprise platforms, structured/unstructured data, cloud services) and automate endtoend workflows.

  • Document agent architecture, workflow logic, decision pathways, and technical guidelines to support transparency, governance, and knowledge sharing.

  • Support rapid prototyping of new AI capabilities, experimenting with emerging technologies and delivering MVPs for new business initiatives.

  • Present solution designs, results, and recommendations to senior management and crossfunctional teams, translating technical concepts into clear business value.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • 3–6 years of experience in AI engineering, workflow automation, intelligent systems, or similar technical roles.

  • Proficiency in Python, including experience with AI/ML libraries, API development, or automation frameworks.

  • Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, LLM orchestration frameworks and agentic workflows.

  • Knowledge of unstructured/structured data integration.

  • Experience with cloud platforms and service-based architectures.

  • Ability to analyze complex workflows and translate them into scalable automated solutions.

  • Strong communication skills; ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing enterprise workflow automation tools.

  • Familiarity with MLOps or AIOps concepts such as model evaluation, monitoring, drift detection, or agent lifecycle management.

  • Prior experience with enterprise system integrations (Salesforce, Oracle, Ariba, SharePoint, or similar).

  • Knowledge of responsible AI, compliance, audit controls, or risk frameworks.

  • Experience experimenting with emerging agentic AI frameworks or building LLM-based copilots.

  • Prior experience implementing automation for operations, finance, procurement, or market data workflows is preferred.
