The Role: Senior Analyst, Client Strategy & Enablement

We are looking for a Senior Analyst with 3 to 5 years of strategy, enablement & insights experience to help enhance our storytelling capabilities with data for executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
- This role is pivotal in enhancing our storytelling capabilities with data, driving sales enablement & education, and unlocking value with customer strategy at the enterprise level.
- Deep dive, present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Execute rapid-turnaround, ad-hoc data requests & strategic pieces alike, to support decision-making, including board materials, QBRs, customer engagement, and marketing initiatives, often under tight timelines.
- You will be interacting with global stakeholders to understand their needs, improvement ways, and always carry a listening & learning attitude to business problems.
- Maintain enterprise level learning and enablement portals with curated collateral.
- You are encouraged to drive next-generation analytics and deepen product GTM strategy,
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in crafting high-quality content and presentations within a corporate, analytics or consulting setting, with a strong sense of visual design and aesthetics, ensuring polished and professional outcomes
- Proficiency in MS Suite - PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, Excel etc
- Acute attention to detail, coupled with a knack to break complex data, process or commercial problems into executive-level narratives – internal & external.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and address business challenges.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools and basic understanding of any programming language is preferred
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proven track record of implementing successful analytics / consulting projects that have driven business growth.
- Experience in the financial services industry or a similar domain is advantageous.
The Location: Bengaluru (Bangalore), India
Working Hours: 1pm-10pm IST
