The Global Field and Partner Learning team at Red Hat is looking for an Enablement Manager (EM) based in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) to join our Technical Sales and Services Enablement Team. You will be collaborating closely with leaders across Technical Sales and Services at Red Hat and will be responsible for translating their business priorities into focused enablement activities. This position requires a combination of good consultative engagement, strong project management and time management skills, comfort with working with global stakeholders across time zones, and an understanding of enablement best practices. The successful candidate will partner with their peers to act as a Trusted Learning Advisor to the Technical Sales and Services organisations at Red Hat.

While London is the primary location, we are open to candidates from other locations within EMEA.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with senior EMs, Role Architects, and program leads to execute enablement programs and workstreams.

  • Coordinate and use enterprise learning platforms (e.g. LMS, Smartsheet, Sales Hub) to deliver enablement assets and programs.

  • Support execution of our flagship programs for the Sales Organisation, such as the Field Accelerator for Sales and Technical Emerging Roles (FASTER) program and the Technology Thought Leadership Accelerator (TTLA) programs.

  • Design and build learning assets using various tools and technologies, aligned to best practices in instructional design (e.g. videos, job aids, courses, simulations, skills assessments)

  • Provide day-to-day program support, ensuring facilitators and SMEs are prepared and learners have a seamless experience.

  • Track and report adoption, participation, and learner feedback; share insights with program owners.

  • Ensure deliverables meet Red Hat standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

  • Co-deliver assigned learning sessions with professionalism and preparedness, as required

  • Support awareness campaigns to drive engagement and uptake in assigned programs.

  • Apply problem-solving skills to address execution challenges in real time.

  • Collaborate across teams to support consistency and alignment of enablement programs.

  • Contribute ideas to improve the learner experience and enhance program impact.

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder engagement and consultative abilities.

  • A background in Technical Sales, or experience supporting Technical Sales.

  • Capability to translate complex business challenges into effective enablement solutions.

  • Verifiable track record of applying learning and development best practices in order to drive lasting behavior change.

  • Experience coordinating and delivering learning assets or experiences with measurable learner outcomes.
