  • Oversee change management processes to support business and technology evolution, ensuring adoption and sustainability.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency through automation, technology enhancements, and best practices.

Audit & Compliance

  • Serve as a primary representative during internal and external audits, ensuring Red Hat’s GTM data processes stand up to regulatory and compliance scrutiny.

  • Build and maintain audit documentation and evidence repositories to demonstrate effectiveness of controls.

  • Proactively identify and remediate gaps in audit readiness, ensuring ongoing compliance and resilience.

Partnership & Enablement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on data-related risks, opportunities, and innovations to influence overall simplification and automation to existing processes.

  • Build an enablement model that ensures stakeholders have the tools, knowledge, and insights needed to leverage GTM data effectively.

Leadership & Execution

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team focused on data process transformation and governance excellence.

  • Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement with a focus on overall simplification and automation.

  • Manage priorities across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives to ensure timely and impactful delivery.

What you will bring

  • Proven expertise in data governance frameworks, control design, and documentation practices.

  • Strong background in or directly with sales teams, sales operations, GTM strategy, Incentives or related functions, ideally in a global technology company.

  • Demonstrated experience building systems and processes that withstand internal and external audits, including SOX or similar regulatory frameworks.

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving IT, business operations, finance, and compliance.

  • Demonstrated success in implementing large-scale data transformation programs and driving adoption across business and technical teams.
