The Opportunity
Reporting to the Learning Manager, the Learning Lead will support the Learning Department with all training activities in the Fulfillment center. You will provide feedback to team members to help develop their performance skills. Learning Leads will develop and revise the training program to incorporate changes in procedures while addressing problem areas

Your Impact
• Conduct technical/functional training for all team member groups in fulfillment center including new hire, cross training and additional development programs.
• Design and produce job aids and training tools to simplify the training process.
• Identify individual performance improvement opportunities, provide feedback to operational staff and consult with the Learning Manager to implement appropriate interventions
• Conduct and provide performance improvement and quality observations.
What You Bring
• High School diploma or equivalent combination of training and education.
• Coaching skills to enhance performance of trainees
• Basic Facilitation skills; ability to engage adult learners, lead discussions and present learning materials
• Ability to gauge learner comprehension and retention of new skills and behavior
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management System
• At least 1-2 years in a fulfillment center environment in multiple roles or departments
This position is based onsite at our Florence, SC fulfillment center. The work schedule for this position will be Sunday-Wednesday from 7:00AM - 5:45PM.
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
