As Learning & Development Specialist, you design, developing learning programs to support the growth and performance of employees/students. You will work with subject matter experts, educators, and organizational leaders to identify learning needs and ensure training solutions align with business or educational goals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assess learning and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis.
• Design and deliver engaging, inclusive, and effective training materials, workshops, and e-learning modules.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create customized learning solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, using metrics and feedback to make continuous improvements.
• Provide one-on-one or group coaching and support to employees/students with diverse learning needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in instructional design, learning technologies, and adult learning theory.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to assign, track, and report on training activities.
• Support the integration of new technologies and tools that enhance learning experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy).
• Experience with e-learning software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to analyze data to assess program effectiveness and drive decisions.
