Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Tamheer Intern - HR and L&D (Saudi National) - to join our team!

In this role you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, with a specific focus on Learning & Development (L&D). You will assist in implementing HR initiatives, supporting employee training programs, and contributing to the overall development of the workforce.

This role is part of the Tamheer Program, which is designed to provide graduates with practical experience to enhance their skills and prepare them for the job market.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Learning & Development
    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and workshops.
    • Support the development of training materials, presentations, and e-learning content.
    • Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to improve future programs.
    • Maintain and update training records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • HR Operations:
    • Support day-to-day HR activities, including employee onboarding and documentation.
    • Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
    • Assist in creating communication materials for HR initiatives.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Provide administrative support to the HR/L&D team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing files.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (must meet Tamheer Program eligibility requirements).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • No prior experience required, but internships or coursework in HR or L&D are a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
