Job Description

Your Career

You will lead the GTM programs for Cortex Cloud, directly and visibly contributing to execution of key go-to-market initiatives for our cloud security business. You will report to the Cortex Cloud GTM leader, and will work in close partnership with sales leaders, product leaders and other senior leaders in the organization to execute on GTM programs and solve GTM challenges that are top-of-mind for our executive team.

We are looking for a seasoned GTM leader who can help us shape our GTM strategy, and design & execute GTM programs to achieve specific business objectives. This is an influential role with broad scope and responsibility, requiring a talented leader who likes to “roll their sleeves up," has a transformative mindset and demonstrates reliable judgment.

Your Impact

  • Design and execute key GTM programs for Cortex Cloud and drive projects and efforts to unlock cloud security business growth acceleration
  • Lead implementation and execution of needle-moving GTM programs focused on achieving key business objectives
  • Work collaboratively across a cross-functional set of stakeholders (Sales Ops, Finance, Product, Marketing, HR) to gather the right information, pressure test your hypothesis, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution and unlock value
  • Coach and provide guidance to the younger colleagues on the team
  • Drive change and be willing to wear multiple hats (strategy development, GTM program design, project management and execution) to do what it takes to move from ideation to execution
  • Act as an advisor and sounding board for the GM of Cortex Cloud, Cortex Cloud sales leaders and other Cortex Cloud senior leaders

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of post-MBA experience in management consulting or top-tier tech strategy or "bizops" roles (Principal / AP level preferred); Overall years of experience 12+ years.
  • We are open to hiring a level lower (Strategy Lead) based on a candidate’s experience (minimum 3+ years of post MBA and / or 8+ years overall experience) and overall interview performance
  • Preferred academic credentials include an MBA or similar qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with senior audiences and bridge business and technical discussions
  • Proven relationship-building and influential leadership skills
  • Experience in project management and overseeing large-scale transformations
  • A proactive self-starter who excels in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done
  • GTM strategy and/or GTM programs experience is a “must have”
  • Expertise in the Enterprise technology industry, especially in SaaS, is a must - knowledge of cybersecurity industry is a plus, but not required

The Cortex Cloud GTM and Strategy team works at the heart of the Cortex Cloud organization - THE leading cloud security business. Our team tackles cross-functional strategic initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and People teams, while driving our cloud security GTM Strategy and Programs. We take on the most challenging and mission-critical initiatives in the business to drive and support our industry-leading growth. We work on projects that have C-Level involvement and impact the company’s overall trajectory.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $212,000 - $291,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
