Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Ultimately, you’ll help our customers and our internal teams leverage our methodology to realize their business goals in conjunction with their teams to drive behavior change. Specifically, you will:

  • Plan, develop and execute the Change Management deliverables such as the Change Strategy, Communication Plan, End User Enablement Plan and Change Impact Analysis
  • Lead a team of other Change Management professionals
  • Exceed customer expectations by demonstrating outstanding verbal and written communication skills, presentation capabilities, analysis, creative thinking and solutions
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions, team development activities, team morale and coaching
  • Provide insight into our methodology and IP to continually improve and transform our change proficiencies
  • Create new Change Management innovations

A Day in the Life

Strategize: Work closely with stakeholders to develop change solutions to drive adoption and sustained Oracle system use. Lead customer engagement with senior stakeholders at the VP, Senior VP and C-level, establish trust and confidence in our capabilities, team, and methodology. You will be viewed as a trusted advisor who can clearly articulate the aspects of change management and can bring it to life within a client’s culture.

Analyze: Lead efforts to constantly assess the effectiveness of the change effort. Oversee the development of stakeholder engagement and analysis, action items to increase understanding and adoption and assess readiness for go-live.

Execute: Lead efforts to execute against the plans by coaching, motivating and providing examples to expedite the work. Managers lead by example in demonstrating our ability to deliver by rolling up their sleeves and working with team members and customers.

Build the practice: Help build the Change Management practice by contributing to methodology, assets, knowledge sharing and developing talent. Sell through delivery excellence. Act as a good steward of our talent and lead internal practice calls, learning sessions and talent development.

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Possess 5-10 years of management consulting change leadership experience
  • Have experience in a lead role
  • Have experience on enterprise implementations &/or transformations (Oracle Cloud ERP Financials &/or Supply Chain implementation experience while in a change management role is strongly preferred)
  • Have experience using Oracle-adjacent technologies and/or integrating other technologies with Oracle
  • Are a relationship builder at your core
  • Have a curious mind and demonstrate a passion for customer service, delivery excellence and developing talent
  • Are self-starter, confident and driven with strong organizational skills
  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Have excellent presentation skills coupled with an ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner
  • Have a proven ability to work with uncertainty, navigate ambiguous situations and solve complex problems
  • Are able to travel to customer sites, if required
