Oracle Principal Consultant - Oracle Guided Learning (Change Management / User Adoption)

- Project manage Oracle Guided Learning Programs.
- Develop a project and resource staffing plan for the OGL Program.
- Be able to review the agreed Statement of Work and confirm the scope of the engagement with the client.
- Project manage the consultants/contractors to ensure client satisfaction and knowledge/skill transfer.
- Prepare and provide weekly status reports that include project activities progress, risk and issue log, time and expense burn-down, forecasted days per resource, summary of weekly expenses and planned activities for next week
- Manage the relationship with the client on site and escalate any issues to leadership.
- Be able to conduct Training Needs Analyses to:
- Identify what processes and system tasks need to be completed by which user groups
- Identify the gap between the current skill set and the required skills
- Present the results in a training plan per target group
- Be able to design an end user curriculum and develop a training strategy for both behavioral change and software skills
- Manage the resources and deliverables assigned to the project
- Be able to review Oracle deliverables
- Be able to provide assistance to and act as the project team counterpart for the customer’s/partners Training Manager/Leader
- Actively participate in and facilitate project meetings and other project operational activities.
- Provide quality control for all materials that are being developed
- Mandatory - fluent in English & Arabic (reading and writing)
- Be able to work with in-application tools and/or content creation tools
- Understand the SaaS implementation life cycle
- Have expertise in a stream in Oracle Cloud Applications (HCM/ERP/SCM/PRC/EPM)

As an Oracle Guided Learning Solution Specialist, you will be an integral part of Oracle University’s growing delivery organization. You will work directly with sales, clients, project team members and partners to scope, design, develop, and deliver world-class training solutions. Oracle Universities capabilities are broadly described as management alignment; performance measurement; change communications; education strategy, training curriculum development/delivery and OGL Programs. As an Oracle Guided Learning Solution Specialist, you are expected to help define and approve scope, staff, deliver, project manage all while maintaining the overall project margins for OGL engagements. This role is also responsible for customer relationship, understanding of clients’ needs and manage the programs and project and be able to produce quality deliverables on a schedule. Only experienced Project Managers with extensive hands-on experience will be considered for this role.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. BS or equivalent technical experience preferred. Has obtained one or more industry recognized certifications (OCP, CPA, CPIM). Has 3 plus years technical or professional experience using Oracle products, methods or related software. Has 3 plus years consulting experience or experience teaching adult learners.
The Principal Consultant/Instructor is responsible for the success of their assigned Oracle learning management/training event and committed to superior customer service. They are expected to develop plans for continuous personal and professional growth. The Principal Consultant/Instructor is expected to master new services, technology and internal processes shortly after their implementation. Manage aspects of the customer event (i.e. instruction, application implementation, environment, setup etc.) to ensure success. Produce quality deliverables on a project (i.e. assessments, communication, curriculum development, Tutor, eLearning). Ability to teach new technical material and/or implement new Oracle Applications modules with minimal preparation time. Review methods, processes, training materials and/or project implementation plans. Identify weak areas and suggest methods for improvement. Meet utilization targets. Travel as needed.
