The Associate Director, Provider Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for translating Provider go-to-market priorities into coordinated action and measurable business outcomes. This role provides strategic leverage across a broad portfolio of commercialization, launch, governance, and executive-priority initiatives.
Working at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, Growth Enablement, Finance, Operations, Legal, Implementation, Customer Success, and executive leadership, the Associate Director brings structure to complex cross-functional work, creates clear executive views of progress and decisions, and ensures commitments are carried through.
This opportunity is designed for a versatile, highly skilled problem solver who can move fluidly among varied, high-visibility priorities. Success requires comfort with ambiguity, solid judgment, executive-ready communication, and the ability to combine portfolio-level thinking with hands-on execution. The position does not carry a Chief of Staff title, but candidates who are energized by chief-of-staff-style strategic operations and executive-priority work may find the role especially compelling.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Executive priority enablement
- Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into a focused portfolio of initiatives, clear outcomes, sequenced workplans, and accountable owners
- Lead or support multiple high-priority and high-visibility workstreams simultaneously, shifting effectively among varied topics as business needs evolve
- Create concise, decision-oriented briefs, recommendations, executive updates, meeting materials, and presentations that enable leaders to act quickly
- Prepare for and participate in leadership forums; accurately capture decisions, clarify ownership, and drive follow-through
- Maintain an integrated view of critical priorities, dependencies, decisions, risks, and commitments across the Provider GTM agenda
- Provider GTM portfolio strategy and execution
- Support portfolio-level GTM strategy across Provider clinical, revenue cycle management, AI-enabled, and emerging offerings, connecting individual product motions to a coherent market story
- Translate portfolio strategy into commercialization plans that define target segments, buyer needs, value propositions, launch pathways, channel roles, readiness requirements, and measures of success
- Help distinguish what is ready to sell today from what requires additional product hardening, pricing, contracting, proof, operational readiness, or investment
- Advance bundle and enterprise-selling motions that lead with customer outcomes rather than disconnected product features
- Operating model, governance, and accountability
- Design and run practical governance mechanisms that surface the right decisions at the right level, including portfolio reviews, launch-readiness forums, issue escalation, and executive governance
- Build and maintain integrated roadmaps, scorecards, action logs, decision records, risk views, and executive dashboards across multiple concurrent priorities
- Drive cross-functional accountability without relying on formal authority; clarify owners, deadlines, dependencies, and decision rights, and intervene early when work is at risk
- Streamline overlapping meetings, reporting, and artifacts so leadership attention remains focused on decisions, blockers, and commercial outcomes
- Commercialization and launch enablement
- Coordinate end-to-end readiness across business and market strategy, ideal client profile, positioning, pricing, contracting, legal, implementation, sales enablement, launch activation, and post-launch measurement
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Readiness, Sales Operations, and market-facing teams to ensure demos, narratives, training, tools, and campaign inputs are accurate, differentiated, and usable
- Support accelerated launch pathways for emerging capabilities while protecting minimum commercial, operational, and customer-readiness standards
- Capture launch lessons, customer feedback, field insights, and performance signals and convert them into improved playbooks, priorities, and future GTM decisions
- Strategic initiatives, executive problem solving, and AI-enabled work
- Lead or support time-sensitive initiatives that cut across portfolios, including commercialization operating-model design, growth planning, portfolio prioritization, strategic partnerships, product rationalization, and enterprise account preparation
- Rapidly structure ambiguous problems, synthesize fragmented information, identify the core decision, and recommend a pragmatic path forward
- Coordinate targeted analysis with Finance, Strategic Insights, Value Management, and other partners to strengthen business cases and investment decisions
- Build trusted relationships across the organization and connect the right experts and leaders to accelerate resolution
- Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, strengthen research and synthesis, automate appropriate routine tasks, sharpen decisions, and drive continuous improvement
- Apply AI responsibly by following data privacy, security, approved-tool, human-review, transparency, and accountability expectations
- Evaluate emerging AI and technology trends and bring practical ideas forward to support strategic innovation and Provider GTM effectiveness
You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
