Our Experiences team puts fans at the center of their favorite stories, in real life, through permanent entertainment venues, Netflix House, and touring attractions around the world. Netflix Houses are our permanent, always-on, constantly refreshable entertainment venues, where guests can step into their favorite stories. We want these experiences, along with merchandise offerings, to help promote love for our titles so they become part of the zeitgeist for longer periods of time and drive long-term value for Netflix.
As the business scales, we are investing in the operational infrastructure required to launch and support increasingly complex commercial capabilities across venues, partners, and guest experiences. We are seeking a Business Technology Enablement Specialist to drive the operationalization and cross-functional delivery of new commercial capabilities across Netflix House. This role will drive end-to-end coordination across new initiatives such as ticketing products, promotional offers, channel partnerships, bundled experiences, and other evolving commercial workflows.
The Business Technology Enablement Specialist will serve as the single-threaded business owner responsible for orchestrating the cross-functional delivery and operationalization of new commercial capabilities across Netflix House. This is a highly cross-functional role embedded within Netflix House Operations and tightly partnered with Revenue, Product & Technology, Consumer Products, Finance, Tax, Accounting, and Digital Experience teams. The ideal candidate is an exceptional program leader who can create clarity across ambiguity, drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and ensure complex initiatives move from concept to launch with rigor and accountability.
What you will do
Serve as the single-threaded business owner for commercial capability launches across Netflix House
Drive end-to-end program coordination from intake and feasibility assessment through implementation, testing, issue tracking, launch readiness, go-live, and post-launch stabilization and review
Build and maintain rolling roadmaps, launch plans, dependencies, risks, and escalation frameworks across multiple concurrent initiatives
Partner closely with Product & Technology teams to coordinate implementation sequencing, business readiness and alignment
Align cross-functional stakeholders across Revenue, Accounting, Tax, RevInfra, DSE, Consumer Products, House Operations, and other partner teams
Identify operational gaps, process friction, scalability risks, and ownership ambiguities, and propose solutions
Enable teams to operate with greater clarity around timelines, dependencies, ownership, and execution expectations
Support the evolution of intake, prioritization, governance, and commercialization workflows as Netflix House scales
Synthesize complex cross-functional workstreams into concise executive-ready updates, risks, decisions, and action plans
What we need from you:
5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, technical program management partnership, or related fields
Proven experience leading highly cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities
Strong operational rigor with experience building processes, governance models, launch frameworks, and scalable operating structures
Experience in hospitality, entertainment, ticketing, live events, consumer products, commerce platforms, or multi-location operations
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment in fast-moving environments
Experience managing complex launches involving technical, operational, financial, and customer experience considerations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear action plans and executive-ready updates
Strong judgment, prioritization, and escalation management capabilities
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $147,000.00 - $228,000.00.
