About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused leader to help drive the evolution of the Go-to-Market Revenue Operations organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution to drive high-impact AI-led transformation initiatives.
As the GTM Strategic Transformation Lead, you will connect business strategy to operational delivery for the GTM organization – with a strong focus on AI transformation – bringing structure to ambiguous priorities and leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through scale. You will partner across teams to ensure initiatives are well-scoped, aligned, operationally sound, and adopted by the field.
This leader will sit across the business and act as the connective tissue between the business and execution teams, starting with AI transformation for GTM. It requires someone who can define the outcome design, redesign workflows for human-agent collaboration, guide initiatives from proof of concept through scaled autonomy, and ensure success is measured not only by deployment, but by adoption, trust, and business value.
What You’ll Do
AI-led Business Transformation
- Lead high-impact AI-led transformation programs from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment between strategic intent, operating model design, and operational delivery.
- Apply consulting-style problem solving to ambiguous challenges by defining the business outcomes for AI initiatives, including the target user experience, operational improvements, and measurable business value expected from each investment
- Lead executive reviews, governance discussions, and decision forums to keep strategic initiatives aligned and moving forward by translating complex transformation, operational, and technology topics into executive-level narratives and recommendations.
- Act as the senior individual contributor accountable for connecting AI strategy to execution across process design, delivery, governance, adoption, and value realization.
Shape the Transformation Portfolio
- Audit and evaluate workflows across RevOps and adjacent GTM motions to identify high-impact opportunities for AI, agentic automation, and workflow redesign.
- Play a key role in the GTM Sales AI Center of Excellence and related governance forums, contributing to use case shaping, prioritization, sequencing, and investment decisions.
- Manage interdependencies, risks, readiness factors, resource constraints, sequencing, and accountability across multiple GTM Strategic Execution workstreams.
- Partner with technical builders and platform teams to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, runbooks, and implementation plans.
What Success Looks Like
- Strategic GTM initiatives are delivered with strong alignment, execution discipline, clear ownership, and measurable business outcomes.
- AI-enabled transformation is embedded into the broader business transformation agenda, improving productivity, scalability, quality, and operational capacity.
- Executive stakeholders view this role as a trusted partner who connects strategy, operating model design, technology-enabled innovation, and execution.
- Cross-functional teams operate with greater clarity, coordination, accountability, and speed, supported by repeatable playbooks and governance mechanisms.
Qualifications
Required
- 10+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, GTM Strategic Execution, Digital Innovation, or a related discipline.

- Proven track record leading complex, enterprise-wide GTM Strategic Execution initiatives from strategy through execution in matrixed environments.
- Deep understanding of GTM functions, operating models, business processes, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills with excellent executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for business and technical audiences.
- Practical understanding of AI-enabled workflows, automation, copilots, agentic solutions, advanced analytics, or intelligent process redesign. Ability to define business cases, KPIs, success metrics, value realization plans, and adoption approaches for GTM Strategic Execution initiatives.
Preferred
- Experience at a top-tier consulting firm, boutique strategy firm, systems integrator, or internal consulting / strategic execution team.
- Experience leading AI-enabled GTM Strategic Execution, digital innovation, automation, or emerging technology initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, copilots, agent-based workflows, automation platforms, orchestration layers, data/system dependencies, and workflow redesign patterns.
