Job Summary

We are looking for a curious, motivated Sales & Technical Sales Enablement Specialist to help build and deliver modern enablement experiences that improve how our teams sell, learn, and engage with customers. This role focuses on supporting sellers, solution engineers, and partner teams by creating practical, easy-to-use enablement that shows up in everyday workflows—from prospecting to deal execution. Enablement is evolving quickly, and this role sits at the center of that transformation. You will actively use AI tools and emerging technologies to help design content, accelerate learning, and support in-the-flow coaching. The goal is to make enablement faster, more relevant, and more impactful for the field. This is an opportunity to learn how enterprise sales and technical selling works in a complex, multi-cloud environment while contributing to real business outcomes.

What You’ll Work On

Sales & Technical Enablement Support

- Support the development and delivery of enablement programs for Sales, Technical Sales, and partner teams
- Help translate go-to-market priorities into simple, actionable field guidance
- Assist with building role-based learning experiences aligned to key sales and technical workflows

AI-Driven Enablement

- Use AI tools to create and evolve enablement content such as summaries, learning assets, prompts, and playbooks
- Support AI-powered approaches to coaching, content personalization, and knowledge discovery
- Experiment with new ways to embed AI into daily seller and technical workflows

Content & Learning Experiences

- Contribute to enablement materials across the sales lifecycle
- Include prospecting and discovery
- Support account and territory planning
- Develop value messaging and storytelling
- Provide basic technical positioning and solution understanding
- Offer deal support and competitive insights
- Help ensure content is easy to find, clear, and usable in real-world scenarios

Field Engagement & Feedback

- Gather feedback from sellers, solution engineers, and partners to understand what is working and where support is needed
- Observe how enablement is implemented in the field and identify opportunities to improve clarity, speed, and effectiveness
- Help ensure enablement reflects real customer conversations and field needs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Sales, Technical Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to support field readiness
- Help coordinate enablement for product updates, campaigns, and go-to-market priorities
- Contribute to a connected, aligned enablement experience across teams

Measurement & Improvement

- Track adoption and engagement with enablement programs
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve content and learning experiences
- Support a focus on practical outcomes such as confidence, clarity, and execution quality

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 88,400 - 132,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. We will provide detailed information about the specific benefits for your region during the recruitment process.
