The Project Coordinator role inside the Renewal Sales Excellence function is responsible for driving partner and strategic account enablement for the SuccessEdge transformation. The position leads change management, communications, engagement planning, and adoption activities across partners, strategic customers, Partner Relationship Managers (PRMs), and internal stakeholders. The role ensures readiness, minimizes business risk, and drives successful market adoption of SuccessEdge offerings. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Renewal Sales Excellence.
Job Requirements
Strategic Engagement and Accountability • Collect, analyze, and validate business and operational requirements from strategic accounts and stakeholders. • Perform fit-gap analyses to uncover enablement, process, tooling, and engagement opportunities. • Develop and execute strategic account enablement plans aligned with SuccessEdge objectives and customer outcomes. • Assess Early Access Program (EAP) engagement models and offer actionable feedback to enhance effectiveness. • Customize engagement strategies, communications, and readiness activities to address the distinct needs of strategic customers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption and transition processes.
Education
• Experience leading large-scale business transformations, partner programs, customer success initiatives, or go-to-market enablement efforts.
• Experience working with strategic customers, channel partners, sales organizations, and executive stakeholders.
• Change management, communications, program management, or business transformation expertise.
