Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, visionary Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist to drive the success of AWS FSx for NetApp ONTAP (FSxN). As an individual contributor, you will be the primary catalyst for driving adoption and consumption of our native cloud storage service on AWS. You will develop and execute targeted strategies to accelerate market penetration and drive net-new adoption within the AWS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic GTM Execution: Develop and execute specialized Go-To-Market strategies specifically for the AWS FSxN business line, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and cloud market trends.
- Demand Generation & Net New Adoption: Drive demand generation and net new adoption by utilizing propensity models to identify high-potential prospects.
- Sales Enablement & Value Messaging: Design and implement comprehensive enablement programs that empower the sales team to effectively communicate the technical and business value propositions of FSxN to enterprise customers.
- Targeted Sales Plays: Create and execute specialized sales plays tailored to specific high-growth workloads, critical cloud use cases, and key industry segments.
- Consumption Acceleration: Spearhead initiatives to increase the utilization and scaling of FSxN solutions across both new and existing customer environments.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market research to identify competitive trends, threats, and new opportunities within the AWS storage landscape to inform positioning.
- Segmentation & Personas: Develop targeted GTM plans for key market segments, including the creation of specific customer personas tailored for AWS cloud practitioners and executives.
Requirements & Education
- Experience: 7–10 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales, or business development, preferably in the cloud computing or enterprise software industry.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience collaborating effectively with cloud provider teams, specifically coordinating GTM efforts with AWS.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Science, Business, or an equivalent field
Preferred Qualifications
- AI Proficiency: Active use and proficiency in AI tools to enhance productivity and GTM strategy development.
- Technical Depth: Deep understanding of public cloud infrastructure, specifically holding an AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in implementing GTM programs, creating effective sales plays, and building compelling use case and messaging content.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences.
- Advanced Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
The target salary range for this position is 123,250 - 183,700 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
