Job Summary
The Cloud Field Technology Program Manager will serve as a key partner and catalyst to the Cloud Technical Sales teams. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, fostering innovation, and ensuring the seamless execution of field technology operations. The individual will collaborate closely with senior leadership, manage cross-functional projects, and lead efforts to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the field technology organization.
Ideal Candidate will have a technical solutions background with experience in GTM Strategy.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovation Leadership:
- Drive innovation within the field technology organization by identifying and implementing new technologies, processes, and best practices.
- Lead the development and execution of technology roadmaps that support business objectives and enhance customer value.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging team members to explore new ideas and solutions.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of field technology initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies, implementing changes as needed.
- Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure all field technology activities comply with NetApp's Code of Conduct, trade policies, and other relevant regulations.
- Address potential conflicts of interest and ensure proper documentation and reporting of all transactions and agreements.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Represent the field technology organization in meetings and presentations, effectively communicating strategic initiatives and progress.
Requirements & Education
- 12+ years proven experience in a leadership role within a technology or field operations organization.
- Candidate will have a technical solutions background with experience in GTM Strategy.
- Must have experience working with Salesforce
- Understanding of operational strategies, supply chain, KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, technical product knowledge, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead complex projects to successful completion.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 168,300 - 217,800 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
