Job Summary
The GTM Execution Leader is a high-impact individual contributor who drives transformational go-to-market execution in a cloud-first, data-driven environment. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with senior leadership, sales, product, marketing, and the broader partner ecosystem—including Google Cloud—to deliver joint GTM initiatives and accelerate cloud adoption. The GTM Execution Leader leverages deep expertise in cloud sales operations, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to provide actionable insights, enable sales professionals, and ensure operational excellence. Success in this role is measured by increased territory revenue, program adoption, and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams and organizations.
Job Requirements
- Strategic GTM Planning & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve GTM strategies aligned with company and Google Cloud objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set priorities, drive actionable insights, and deliver on aggressive growth targets.
- Lead the application of existing principles and guide the development of new ideas to overcome challenges and blockers. - Operational Excellence: Collaborate with leadership to set priorities and drive growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Sales Ops, Business Units, and Finance to deliver insights and improve processes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and maintain networks with key stakeholders.
- Develop programs to enhance GTM execution and share best practices.
- Influence & Thought Leadership: Represent NetApp VP with Google Cloud GTM teams and drive joint initiatives.

- NetApp sales, product, marketing, Customer Success, and operations
- Google Cloud alliance leadership and joint GTM partners
Requirements & Education
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years in cloud sales operations, GTM, or strategic partnerships
- Experience with Google Cloud and/or as an Alliance/BD leader for a Google Cloud ISV partner
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence in dynamic environments

The target salary range for this position is 188,700 - 280,500 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
