  • Develop hyperscaler-independent enablement content including sales plays, pitch decks, competitive positioning, objection handling, TCO/ROI tools, and demo narratives.
  • Lead field training initiatives across global sales teams, GSIs, partners and hyperscaler sellers. Collaborate with hyperscaler leaders to tailor content for their specific use.
  • Partner with Product and BU leaders to ensure alignment between solution roadmaps and field readiness.
  • Drive packaged offers, on-demand labs, and customer activation assets with GTM and Cloud Revenue Marketing teams.
  • Act as GTM owner for the integration of CloudOps capabilities into NetApp's hero workload plays.
  • Collaborate closely with other industry and workload leaders to ensure consistency across other enablement motions.
  • Track KPIs tied to field usage of assets, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution.
  • Represent NetApp GTM in cross-functional forums on marketplace execution, co-sell with hyperscalers, and partner-led delivery models.

Education

  • 12+ years in enterprise GTM, sales enablement, product marketing, or technical field enablement roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Business.MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Proven success creating and executing enablement programs in cloud-native, infrastructure, or DevOps-related domains.
  • Deep familiarity with Kubernetes, observability, DR/backup, and data protection technologies.
  • Strong understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), including co-sell or marketplace programs.
  • Excellent content development, field training, and storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing large, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience launching sales plays for SaaS-based platform services or managed open source offerings (e.g. Kafka, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch).
  • Familiarity with enterprise customer cloud journeys and workload migrations.
  • Prior work with technical sales teams or global partner programs.
