Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Program Manager to join our GTM Revenue Operations team. This role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs that are critical to the success of our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. You will be at the center of driving operational readiness, execution planning, and program governance for a range of high-impact initiatives that span beyond quarterly execution.
You will serve as the connective tissue across GTM Operations, GTM Strategy organization (GROE), Revenue Enablement and Change Management to ensure initiatives are scoped effectively, aligned with strategic goals, and successfully landed with the field.

Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and execution of complex GTM programs, ensuring alignment between strategic intent and operational execution across GTM.
• Serve as the central program lead for GTM Operations to support the Quarterly Execution Priorities (QEP).
• Partner with GTM Operations leaders and functional teams to gather inputs, align on deliverables, and manage program milestones.
• Identify and manage interdependencies, risks, and resource constraints across initiatives.
• Work closely with Change Management and Communications to proactively address change impacts, develop rollout plans, and support field readiness.
• Drive cross-functional coordination and accountability across key workstreams to support GTM success.
• Prepare executive-level materials, including program status updates, issue escalations, and recommendations for decision-making.
• Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving initiatives, helping teams navigate and prioritize competing needs.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Strategy, Program Management, or similar roles in a B2B enterprise or SaaS environment, and at least 10 years of professional experience.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Deep understanding of GTM functions and interdependencies.
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and creating clarity in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Exposure to quarterly business planning or sales execution processes.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 158,100 - 234,300 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
