Job Summary: The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for equipping the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to improve their efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, content creation, training and development, and the implementation of sales tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SalesForce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud, and will be adept at developing first-class presentations and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Gather requirements from Product Management to develop and publish training materials for Solution Consultants and Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to help Product Marketing create and distribute decks and artifacts for customer consumption.
  • Align product promotions to make implementation easy and maintain positive Customer experience.
  • Administer a Post-Mortem program to analyze wins and losses, gather insights, and implement improvements to sales strategies and processes.

Training and Development:

  • Prepare and deliver webcasts and webinars to explain newly released features and updates to the sales team and customers.
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure the sales team is well-versed in product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Onboard new sales and solution consultants and provide continuous training to keep the team updated on the latest product developments.
  • Empower sales for strategic conversions and sessions with financial instiutions.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Maintain and update a sales playbook with product positioning, probing questions, competitive insights, objectioin handling and customer use cases.
  • Integrate a process for gathering and utilizing customer feedback to improve sales materials and training.

Sales Tools and Technology:

  • Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Provide training and support for sales tools to ensure maximum adoption and utilization.
  • Demonstrate expertise in SalesForce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Zoura.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the impact of sales enablement programs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years’ experience in Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Training, Product Marketing (or a similar role)
  • Demonstrated skills in self-driven solution-oriented approach to work at hand; proactive in problem identification and solution generation. Proven ability to decompose complex problems into fundamental assumptions, unknowns, and actions.
  • Excellent and proven presentation skills for both onsite and virtual deliveries
  • Superior writing and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Solid time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial Services Industry knowledge
