Job Description

About the Team
The Key Accounts Team is part of the Sales Enablement Group within NBCUniversal’s Advertising & Partnerships organization. Sales Enablement works across the business to deliver concise, consistent, and customized messaging to clients and agencies. The Key Accounts Team supports NBCUniversal’s top marketing partners across the portfolio.

The Role
As a Coordinator on the Key Accounts Team, you will support the efficient day‑to‑day operations of the team. You will help keep workflows organized, communication aligned, and projects moving forward on time. This is an ideal position if you are someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

What You Will Do

Working closely with the Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily activities to support smooth team operations
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes
  • Track project progress and maintain reporting tools, including team status reports, Monday.com, and activation trackers
  • Partner cross‑functionally to source information, data, and content used in client and agency communications
  • Support the creation of foundational client and agency narratives and presentation materials aligned to objectives
  • Build strong working relationships with sales, client teams, and internal partners (e.g., development, category strategy, research, design) to deliver work on time and aligned to strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in media or related industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime as necessary

Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $55,000 - $58,000 (overtime eligible)
