Job Description

The GTM Customizations team is part of the Sales Enablement Group within the NBCU Ad Sales Organization. Sales Enablement collaborates across the organization to drive concise, consistent, and customized messaging to all clients and agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with Director on development and execution of following:

Strategy, Knowledge, and Engagement:

  • Work closely with Director to participate in the development of the evolving GTM narrative, ensuring a working knowledge of materials across all subject matter (i.e., Audiences, Brand Effectiveness, Programmatic, Content, Currency, etc.)
  • Partner with Director and assigned sales teams to understand their key business and category challenges to deliver customized messaging and solutions for agency partners.
  • Work with Director and VP to ideate, develop, and execute compelling category activation plans.
  • Assist in development of customized materials such as GTM decks, QBRs, Top-to-Top narratives, CES materials, Upfront Sales Decks, Scatter Decks, Printed Materials and more.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate across a matrixed organization on development of materials and align with stakeholders to leverage the appropriate content and solutions to create persuasive narratives.
  • Participate in on-going core team training to understand key business issues and priorities to drive revenue and success.

Execution/Organization

  • Maintain and update internal systems in a timely manner i.e., Highspot, SharePoint, Monday.com, etc.

Management

  • Manage workload while providing mentorship for junior level employees.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in media industry with sales and marketing, client, or agency background preferred
  • Must be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiarity with Ceros
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.

Salary range: $95,000 - $115,000 (bonus eligible)
