Your role:

We’re looking for a proactive and well-organized individual to join our international Learning & Development team, with a focus on supporting training activities for our entities in France.
Key Responsibilities play around coordinating and administering training programs for employees in French-based entities, managing training schedules and logistics. You will support in the preparation of training materials and post-training reports, maintain training records and ensure data accuracy in internal systems as well as collaborate with internal teams and business partners to provide high-quality training support.

Who you are:

• Fluency in French (C1 level) and a good knowledge of English
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and a high level of engagement
• Previous experience in training/event coordination, administration, or similar roles is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, international environment
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with other tools/systems will be an asset
