Overview

The purpose of the Security Partner Manager is to drive segment growth by localising and integrating Enterprise and Channel Partners into the regional solution play execution. These roles ensure the seamless integration of Partner throughout the Solution Area GTM plan, and functionally across the wider team. The role is Goaled through the acceleration of both partner-led and Microsoft initiated pipeline to consumption.



Responsibilities
  1. Solution Play Planning & Evangelism
  • Localise WW solution play strategy and align to regional partner market opportunities and gaps. Identify market capacity gaps requiring specific focus. Provide voice of customer insights that are commercially actionable for the partner ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain partner-focused GTM objectives aligned to solution plays and partner monetisation opportunities.

  1. Partner & Seller Enablement
  • Drive readiness and enablement of sellers through structured programs and assets driving partner inclusion throughout all selling stages.
  • Collate partner insights to refine solution play strategy and escalate blockers to Corp through rhythm of business
  • Field seller enablement for Microsoft Marketplace, creating awareness and demand to complement the existing capacity.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Activation GTM Managers, Regional CMO, CSA leadership, and marketing teams to ensure partner activation excellence.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Partner Marketing teams to identify, build and execute Partner GTM offers aligned to Solution Play market needs.

  1. Performance Management
  • Monitor partner pipeline velocity and conversion across Sales stages.
  • Capture and share actionable insights to improve partner performance and GTM execution.
  • Collate voice of partner and partner sales blockers and include in SE&O / Solution Area One Lists, including compete perspectives


Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • 5+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • 5+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND experience in Cybersecurity OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
