Overview

The Adoption & Enablement Lead for EMEA Business & Sales Operations is responsible for driving data-driven enablement, adoption, and behavioral change across the region to accelerate sales excellence and operational effectiveness. The role serves as the connective tissue between corporate strategy and field execution — translating complex tools, processes, and metrics into actionable enablement that empowers sellers, managers, and operations teams to perform at their best.

This role blends analytical rigor, program leadership, and change management expertise to ensure consistent landing of sales motions, tools, and business rhythms across EMEA. The Adoption & Enablement Lead partners closely with global, regional, and field stakeholders to:

  • assess enablement needs and knowledge gaps using data and insights;
  • design and execute scalable enablement programs that drive measurable behavior change and tool adoption; and
  • monitor performance to ensure sustained business impact and alignment with corporate priorities.

Strong candidates demonstrate curiosity, structured thinking in face of ambiguity, and an attitude towards execution - ability to lead through influence, simplify complexity, and translate strategy into impact on the ground.
