Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Tech Enablement to join our AdTech team. This role will focus on empowering our Media Science and Analytics partners with the tools, data, and infrastructure they need to deliver robust performance measurement and actionable insights. The Senior Manager will manage the intake and prioritization of performance-related requests, translate business and measurement needs into technical execution, and ensure scalable enablement across platforms. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of ad tech capabilities, performance measurement technologies, and delivery workflows — along with strong program management skills to keep complex initiatives on track.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 4+ years of experience in ad tech, marketing technology, or media measurement enablement.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary enablement partner for Media Science/Analytics teams on all performance measurement and technology-related needs.
  • Manage the request pipeline for data, infrastructure, and measurement capabilities, ensuring accurate prioritization and timely delivery.
  • Oversee workflows that support performance data collection, integration, and reporting across platforms.
  • Partner with engineering, data, and product teams to deliver scalable, privacy-first infrastructure for measurement and performance tracking.
  • Translate performance measurement requirements into actionable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with ad tech capabilities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on ad serving, attribution, incrementality testing, and performance optimization tools.
  • Identify gaps in current performance tech capabilities and drive process or technology improvements to close them.
  • Act as a trusted bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless delivery.
