Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Audience Tech Enablement to join our AdTech team. This role will act as a critical partner to our Media Science and Analytics teams, ensuring they have the audience data, technology, and infrastructure needed to deliver best-in-class media measurement and insights. The Senior Manager will own the intake, prioritization, and delivery of requests from Media Science/Analytics, enabling faster and more effective use of audience data across platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of media measurement technologies, ad tech tools, and audience enablement workflows, along with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, compliant, and future-ready solutions.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 4+ years of experience in ad tech, marketing technology, or media measurement enablement.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Ad Tech and Media Science/Analytics teams for all audience and data-related enablement needs.
  • Manage and prioritize the request pipeline for audience data, infrastructure, and measurement-related asks, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Oversee and enhance workflows for audience creation, management, and activation across platforms.
  • Ensure the availability and readiness of audience-related data pipelines, tools, and infrastructure to support measurement and analytics use cases.
  • Partner with engineering and data platform teams to design scalable, privacy-first solutions that support both media delivery and measurement frameworks.
  • Proactively identify gaps or inefficiencies in audience enablement processes and drive improvements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on media measurement methodologies, delivery systems, and ad tech capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted partner, helping Media Science/Analytics teams translate business and measurement requirements into actionable technical execution.
