We’re seeking a Integrated Learning Manager to shape how Microsoft engages with higher education faculty across the globe. As the Higher Education Faculty, Insights, and Programs Lead, you’ll design and drive initiatives that make faculty feel uniquely valued, empowered, and connected to Microsoft’s mission—especially through the Microsoft Learn for Educators program.

This role combines strategic planning with program management and hands-on execution. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborate with global stakeholders, and leverage insights to evolve our engagement with faculty. You’ll also play a significant role in amplifying faculty voices and best practices across our social and educational platforms.

You will utilize direction and strategy from leadership to execute plans evolving current priorities into new organizational objectives. You will influence others to embrace change, help define vision and strategy for impactful transformation, and ensure seamless communication and alignment across the organization for successful adoption of program enhancements.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 1+ year(s) experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management OR Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 2+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management OR equivalent experience.

  • Project Managment experience.

Preferrred Qualificaitions

  • Experience with faculty needs, motivations, and learning journeys.
  • Skills in AI agent creation and automation tools.
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.

Integrated Learning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a new strategy for the Microsoft Learn for Educators (MSLE) program to chart the next phase of this program.
  • Program Leadership: Lead and evolve our flagship MSLE program as well as the MSLE AI Bootcamps ensuring they remain relevant, inclusive, and impactful.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with EDU and Copilot marketing, WWPS, Elevate and more to connect current faculty programs and motions to a broader strategy and collaboratively execute on new projects to bring the collaborations to life.
  • Project Management: Drive end-to-end execution of faculty-focused initiatives, ensuring clear timelines, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes across global teams. Deliver projects in alignment with organizational goals while maintaining quality and optimizing resources.
  • Teaching Faculty -Centric Strategy: Develop and execute a global strategy to engage higher education faculty in meaningful, innovative ways.
  • AI & Copilot Readiness: Design initiatives to help faculty skill up on Copilot and become confident AI users and developers.
  • Community & Social Engagement: Partner with social and content teams to feature faculty stories and contributions on platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Insights & Impact: Gather and analyze faculty feedback, program data, and market trends to inform strategy and measure success.
