As Transact Enablement Manager (TEM), you will be part of the Global Transact Services team, ensuring executional excellence and scaling of our Commercial Quote to Cash operations. You will partner closely with multiple business groups including Vendor Operations, Field Operations, Partner Operations, and other internal stakeholder teams, to ensure Commercial revenue is processed compliantly and on-time, whilst continuously improving.

This role will allow you to develop your skills in problem solving, reporting & communications, process optimisation & collaboration.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND demonstrated work experience in program management, process management, operations management
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of Experience of working in a complex, cross-functional and high change environment.

Responsibilities

Execution Excellence & Program Management

  • Generate and leverage data and produce collateral to support the Transact Services team in communication of Commercial operations health to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with other teams (e.g., Vendor Ops, Field Ops, Partner Ops, other internal stakeholder teams) to ensure processes are rigorous and executed efficiently. Hold stakeholders accountable for following the established schedule, risk mitigation plans and processes.
  • Maintain the rhythm of business (ROB), ensuring participants and stakeholders are communicating and responding according to the necessary cadence.

Planning, Evaluation & Improvement

  • Help collect and evaluate success criteria and performance metrics to monitor operations health. Use data analytics and business reviews to derive insights that help identify risks and mitigation plans, as well as opportunities to streamline and optimize based on lessons learned.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve performance, collaborating with others to align on root problems, and selecting the optimal scenario to resolve.
  • Support the Transact Services team to perform analysis and examine trends to stay current, agile and competitive. Understand and identify current risks, impact and mitigation plans.
  • Contribute to the vision/direction of specific operational processes, help execute plans that shift current priorities to new objectives and influence others to change behaviour accordingly.
