The Enablement & Operations (E&O) team enables Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Team to better serve every person and organization’s transformation and economic success. How? We design, build, and manage the levers that accelerate commercial growth—including compensation, business performance and insights, planning, skilling, and tooling and engineering.
The MCAPS E&O Revenue Operations (RevOps) team plays an important role in empowering every person in MCAPS to serve customers by activating and transforming Microsoft’s commercial engine.
Within RevOps,the Manager audience and all up change management experience enablement.
The Senior Transformation Enablement Manager is structured, analytical, field and customer obsessed, highly collaborative and able to thrive into a complex matrix organization. Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance.
- 4+ years of experience in change management, enablement, or business transformation roles within large, matrixed Business to Business (B2B) organizations.
Preferred Qualificaitons
- Experience with design and scale change frameworks across global teams.
- Experience working across segments, functions, and geographies.
- Experience with community management and field readiness practices.
Sales Strategy Enablement IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities

- Change Management Experience Enablement: Lead the development and implementation of standardized change management practices to ensure a consistent and positive experience for employees across roles during similar organizational changes. Drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement to support transformation at scale.
- Manager Audience Enablement: Collaborate closely with HR and skilling teams to identify and address the unique needs of managers. Design and deliver enablement programs that empower managers to act as effective change agents, equipping them with the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to lead their teams through change.
- Integrated Tools and Systems: Partner with cross-functional teams to review, integrate, and optimize tools and systems that support change management. Ensure these solutions are aligned and interoperable, enabling a seamless and consistent change management experience across the organization. Innovate with AI to improve all up team experience through changes.
