We’re seeking a Learning Experiences Product Manager - Coud & AI, Security with technical experience in Cloud & AI, and Security solutions. This role is responsible for leading the strategy and delivery of Interactive Products as well as managing and supporting the development of new interactive experiences for Cloud & AI, and Security. It combines product vision, technical expertise, and cross-functional leadership to develop offerings that create tangible results across Cloud & AI, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of Cloud & AI And Security technology-related experience.
- 3+ years instructional design, technical program management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure services, AI platforms, cybersecurity principles and virtual machines environments.
- Experience with Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, Zero Trust and compliance frameworks.
- Hold at least one advanced Azure or Security cloud-based certification.
- Project management and stakeholder engagement skills and experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Learn, Applied Skills, Training, and certification programs
- Experience working in a global, collaborative environment.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Product Planning: Oversee the development and direction of innovative interactive solutions within Cloud & AI and security domains, ensuring strategic alignment and effective management throughout the process.
- Lab Technical Feasibility & Planning: Oversee technical feasibility reviews for new interactive content, ensuring secure delivery at scale.
- Resolve Product Roadblocks: Identify and address technical barriers to interactive lab creation; escalate product issues to engineering as needed.
- Collaboration: Work with partners across Microsoft to develop scalable solutions for interactive lab development and delivery.
- AI & Copilot Implementation: Launch initiatives to integrate AI and Copilot into interactive lab experiences.
- Project Management: Manage timelines, stakeholder engagement, and outcomes for new interactive projects.
- Thought Leadership: Share expertise and best practices to drive scalable adoption of interactive labs within and beyond Microsoft products.
