Overview
The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. Our team drives cross-Region, cross-Area and cross-Subsidiary insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.
As the Program GTM Manager for Security in Asia, you will be responsible for driving global programs, offers, and initiatives across Asia, aligning the broader [CSA] organization toward a unified direction.
This is a highly cross-functional role that directly contributes to business growth and shared outcomes across priority solution plays. You will partner with GTM leaders and stakeholders across marketing, operations, partner, and other functions to drive operational excellence and business impact. Success in this role will require strategic thinking, exceptional coordination skills, and the ability to lead with clarity in a complex matrix environment.

Qualifications
- 8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales.
- or related work experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive and elevate the team’s data and business acumen, ensuring our strategies are anchored in insights such as marketing impact, customer sentiment, and partner performance.
- Work with Operations to ensure a seamless and consistent Rhythm of Business (ROB) across all stakeholders, while supporting the resolution of technical and business blockers.
- Act as a key leader in fostering team culture and strengthening the AI Workforce community in Asia, including the orchestration of community-building initiatives and collaboration with both regional and global stakeholders.
- MCEM Execution: Promote consistent use of programs and investments.
- Voice of the Field: Partners with Activation GTM Mgr to capture and share insights on customer wins/losses, compete trends, and offer feedback by segment. Resolve blockers and influence strategic improvements through field feedback loops.
