About the team
As a Recruiter supporting Zillow’s Customer Experience Operations organization, you’ll help drive high-volume hiring across roles that power customer engagement and service delivery. This includes positions in Connections, Customer Experience, Customer Support, and field-based roles such as Photographers.Our team focuses on efficient, scalable hiring through class-based and pipeline-driven recruiting models.
About the role
This role is focused on executing full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment. You will manage multiple requisitions and hiring classes simultaneously, owning the process from intake through offer while ensuring speed, consistency, and a strong candidate experience.
You Will Get To:
Manage end-to-end recruiting for high-volume Customer Experience Operations roles, including class-based hiring programs
Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles
Review and screen high volumes of applicants efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
Guide candidates through the interview process with clear communication and a positive experience
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and drive timely hiring decisions
Maintain strong candidate pipelines through inbound applicants and sourcing support
Support offer creation, extension, and closing processes
Track and manage recruiting metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill)
Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to increase speed and consistency
Collaborate with teammates to meet hiring targets and support team goals

Who you are
2–4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or customer-facing role hiring
Experience managing multiple roles or class-based hiring programs simultaneously
Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Effective communicator with candidates and stakeholders
Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools
